Aiolis, pronounced “ay-ooh-lee”, are flavored mayonnaises. They are great as a vegetable dip, an accompaniment to meats or fish, in salad dressings, pasta salads, or in deviled eggs. Our favorite use is as a sauce for crabcakes!
